Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement, however, during seasonal spikes or for orders placed over a weekend, there may be a longer delay in shipment. DD26 Fishing is NOT a delivery service or carrier. We cannot control UPS or USPS shipping times or rates, so please understand we do our best to have your package to the carrier quickly but we cannot control shipping delays that may happen with each carrier.  If you are going to use expedited shipping like Next Day Air or 2 Day Air, please note, UPS DOES NOT consider the day they pick up the package as one of the two days.  In fact, if they pick up after 3:00, they most likely won't scan in the package until it's after hours which results in the next day not even count as your two days.  It's considered their pick up day.   So for good measure, if you are ordering on a Monday afternoon and select 2 Day air, if UPS doesn't pick your order up until 5pm from us (which is a common pick up time here), don't expect your two day air shipment going to the east coast until Thursday.  PLEASE do not call our staff and chew them out.   If we take your order, pack it up and hand it off to the carrier in the same day, there is 100% nothing we could have done better.  If the carrier doesn't come through, call them and read them the riot act, but don't do it to our staff.  We are not the carrier.  We make cool stuff, get it packed up and ship it immediately.   We don't need to get lambasted for that because a carrier you paid for doesn't come through! 

 Certain items may be backordered and we will contact you in those cases. Most of which are also communicated on the product page as well. 

Please note if you are returning our billet products for any reason, they MUST be packaged in original packaging and damage free upon return.  DO NOT scratch, bang and dent the product, shove it in a box with no protective wrap and expect to get a return.   That's common sense and just flat out being a good person.  Please don't put you or us in a position where we have to discuss damaged returns.

The shipping rate is a combination of the shipping charge by carrier which is determined by Shopify shipping (our website platform) and a 10% handling charge for shipping boxes, labels, tape, package fill and general packing supplies.  In many cases we purchase items from other manufactures and are charged shipping and handling charges but held to specific manufacture suggested retail prices.  Those are mostly absorbed but partially fall under the handling charge as well.
