The key fob is wonderful…but this review is more or less for the Customer Service and quality of DD26 as a whole. Carsten & Austin go above and beyond to meet your needs. I strongly believe in customer service with marine electronics because at some point you’re gonna have to reach out. I will forever be a DD26 customer and supporter. If you’re in the market for anything that’s available through their website I highly recommend purchasing from them. You don’t have to deal with the automated responses hoping someone sees your email and answers it. They are on top of their game.
